{ 2. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER }

♥ All confirmation of orders will be done strictly though email.

{ 3. PAYMENT TERMS }

♥ All prices stated are in Singapore dollar, exclude delivery charges.
♥ We only accept payment through ATM Transfers / Internet Banking.
♥ All full payment must made to BMarie store, DBS SAVING PLUS, Account number 001-3-196979,
after confirmation of your order via email within 24hours,otherwise your order will be void.
♥Customers who are transferring via Internet Banking, kindly include your reference number/name in the transaction.
♥For customers who are transferring via ATM, do notify us via email with your name, reference number as well as the amount transferred.
♥Your emails will be replied within 24 hours and purchase will be sent out immediately on the following working day after receipt of payment via email.

{ 4. DELIVERY }

♥ All orders are by mail order only. We do not offer in person pickups.
♥ Delivery charges are based on package weight and size, as an estimate, delivery charges start from $1.50 to $4.50.
♥ Items are sent by regular SingPost mail, and take approximately 1 – 2 business days to reach you from the time the package is sent.
♥ Registered Mail - this can be arranged at an extra charge of S$3.50. Registered mail gives you a tracking number, and takes 1–2 more business days than regular mail.

**Please note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery,and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

{ 5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY }

♥ Please take note color may differ due to different lighting and monitor resolution.
♥ Goods sold are non-refundable.
♥ Customers can only exchange for items if: The design, size or colour of item we delivered is not what you have ordered.
♥ Please take note that apparels with one size (free size) are not allowed for exchange. unless stated otherwise
♥ Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before.
♥ Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.

TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Remember to keep your tape measure level as you measure.
Bust: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust.
Natural Waist: Measure around your natural waistline — this is the slimmest part of your torso, usually around the level of your belly button.
Drop Waist: Measure around your body, 2" (5cm) below your natural waist.
Hips: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips, around your buttocks.
